Polaris Bank, NCF Partner On Tree-Planting Drive To Address Carbon Emissions 

Nigeria's forward-thinking financial institution, Polaris Bank; committed to delivering customer first banking experiences across the country has partnered the Nigeria Conservation Foundation(NCF) to launch a tree-planting initiative aimed at combating carbon emissions in Rivers State.

The tree-planting exercise which held at Bodo City Girls Secondary School in Gokana Local Government Area of the state is part of efforts to promote sustainable environmental practices.

LASAA Reaffirms Commitment To Fairness Safety And Industry Growth

The Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency (LASAA) says it remains committed to regulatory fairness, industry professionalism and the sustainable growth of outdoor advertising in the state.

The agency through its Managing Director Prince Fatiu Akiolu gave the assurance while responding to recent apprehensions suggesting a resurgence of heavy-handed regulations and arbitrary enforcement in the state's outdoor advertising industry. 

Refuting the claims that LASAA intended to wield the big stick, the agency drew attention to its longstanding practice of fostering dialogue and partnership with industry stakeholders.

Fidelity Bank Commences Intl' Transactions On Naira Debit Cards

In an effort to ensure customers have access  to seamless payments abroad, online and on Automated Teller Machines outside the shores of Nigeria Tier-one Lender Fidelity Bank Plc, has announced the resumption of international transactions on its Naira Debit Cards.

Divisional Head, eBanking Fidelity Bank Plc Ifeoma Onibuje said Fidelity Naira Cards have been enabled for its global use which makes it easy for Fidelity Bank customers to utilize their Naira Debit cards outside the country to shop, spend and withdraw internationally hassle free.

Onibuje explained that Fidelity Bank customers can now spend up to $1,000 quarterly for international POS and online transactions; as well withdraw up to $500 quarterly on international ATMs.

 Fidelity Bank Unveils 20 New Millionaires In 7th and 8th Monthly Draws

Leading banking institution Fidelity Bank Plc says it remains committed to financial empowerment and a savings-oriented culture through its Get Alert in Millions (GAIM) Season 6 Savings Promo.

Hence the bank has unveiled twenty new millionaires in its seventh and eighth monthly draws of the GAIM Season 6.

The draw event which held at the bank’s headquarters in Lagos witnessed the announcement of the lucky winners and the formal prize presentation ceremony for winners in the fourth fifth and sixth monthly draws.

10 winners each from the seventh and eighth draws emerged from various geo-political zones across Nigeria demonstrating the widespread reach and impact of the campaign. 

The draws were conducted electronically and supervised by representatives from the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) and other relevant regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and fairness.

The event also featured the formal presentation of prizes to 29 customers from the 4th 5th and 6th monthly draws.
